Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s social media presence and driving the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing events. The role requires strong ownership, meticulous planning, creativity, attention to detail, energy and the ability to work effectively in a high-activity environment. The candidate will be expected to create events that generate meaningful customer engagement and qualified business opportunities, while proactively introducing new event formats, engagement ideas and AI-enabled ways of improving marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute customer and industry events that generate meaningful engagement, qualified leads and opportunities for the sales funnel.
- Develop event concepts, formats and experiences that attract the right audience and create relevant business conversations.
- Coordinate with Sales and business teams on target audiences, invitees, event objectives, lead capture and post-event follow-up.
- Manage event logistics, agencies, vendors, branding, collateral and on-ground execution, ensuring all details are covered and issues are resolved proactively.
- Track event outcomes including leads generated, lead quality, opportunities created and contribution to the sales funnel.
- Manage the social media calendar and create engaging content and copy across relevant platforms.
- Work with creative teams and agencies to develop social media assets and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Identify new content formats, social media trends and engagement opportunities to continuously improve the company’s digital presence.
- Explore and adopt relevant AI tools for ideation, content creation, research, event planning and marketing execution.




- Manage multiple events and social media activities simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Key Qualification:

Education

- Strong understanding of social media, content creation, event management and brand communication.
- Excellent planning, organisational and coordination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative approach.
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Experience

- 7 years of experience in marketing, social media and/or event management, preferably in technology, IT or telecom.
- Proven experience in independently managing events from concept to execution.
- Experience in creating social media content and managing content calendars.
- Experience working with agencies, vendors and multiple stakeholders.
- Exposure to AI-powered marketing and content tools would be preferred.
