Job Summary

First INN Hotels is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to handle direct marketing, client acquisition, and business development.

The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential clients directly, developing business relationships, generating corporate and group bookings, and promoting the hotel's rooms, restaurant, banquet, and other services.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet potential clients directly and develop strong business relationships.
- Visit corporate offices, companies, travel agencies, event organizers, and other potential business partners.
- Generate new leads and convert them into hotel bookings and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies.
- Promote hotel rooms, corporate packages, group bookings, events, and other hotel services.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the hotel team to close business deals.
- Maintain a database of clients, leads, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Participate in client meetings, business networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions.
- Submit regular sales and marketing reports to management.





Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in direct sales, hotel marketing, business development, or corporate sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients directly is mandatory.
- Must be comfortable with regular field visits across Chennai.
- Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
