WALK-IN INTERVIEW

Position: Online Marketing Executive Cum Telecaller

Location: RM Universal Services Private Limited, Pondicherry

Walk-in Interview: Monday to Friday

Interview Time: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Job Responsibilities Online Marketing

- Promote the company's products and services through social media and online platforms.
- Create and coordinate promotional content for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Respond to enquiries received through social media, WhatsApp, websites, and other online channels.
- Coordinate with the internal team for posters, videos, promotional campaigns, and digital content.
- Maintain regular updates on the company's social media pages and online profiles.
- Support digital marketing campaigns to generate enquiries and business leads.
- Monitor online engagement, customer responses, and enquiries.
- Maintain records of online marketing activities and leads generated.

Telecalling & Lead Follow-up
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing leads.
- Explain the company's products, services, offers, and other business-related information.
- Follow up regularly with leads and enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups,



and lead status.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for converting leads into business opportunities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships through regular follow-up.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and lead-generation targets.

Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional telephone communication.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to generate and maintain leads.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, digital marketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
