Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute BTL marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth in the furniture & furnishing industry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, promotions, and events at retail stores.

- Conduct field marketing activities such as product demonstrations, workshops, and seminars to engage with customers.

- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing strategies.

Job Requirements :

- 0-6 years of experience in b2c marketing or sales and marketing roles.

- Solid understanding of B2C sales principles and practices.

- Proven track record of success in developing effective BTL marketing campaigns.
