Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience to support and execute marketing activities, increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and customer reach.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for marketing activities.
- Identify potential customers, business opportunities, and recent market segments.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Manage social media promotions and coordinate with the digital marketing team.
- Support the planning and execution of events, activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content as required.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and other external partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual marketing targets.
- Conduct field visits and maintain good relationships with clients, partners, and customers.




- Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of marketing strategies, customer engagement, and promotional activities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple marketing activities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing activities when required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the entertainment, hospitality, retail, tourism, or FMCG industry will be an advantage.
- Experience in handling events, brand promotions, and corporate tie-ups will be preferred.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and lead-generation activities.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Salary: As per industry standards and based on experience and performance. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
