About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Associate with 1–3 years of experience to support and execute marketing activities across our business verticals.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing, content, social media, campaigns, branding, and lead generation, along with good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Manage and grow social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Create and coordinate marketing content including social media posts, blogs, emailers, newsletters, brochures, and presentations.
- Assist in planning and executing brand awareness and lead-generation campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand business requirements and support marketing initiatives.
- Support website, SEO, email marketing, and other digital marketing activities.
- Conduct basic market, audience, and competitor research.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and other internal/external stakeholders.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.
- Support events, webinars, exhibitions, partnerships, and other promotional activities when required.
- Take ownership of assigned marketing activities and ensure timely completion.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing,



Business Administration, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing.
- Hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, and campaign execution.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels and lead-generation techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create explicit and engaging marketing content.
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, analytics, and website management.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage assigned marketing activities.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, CRM, or other marketing tools will be an advantage.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
