We are looking for a proactive and confident professional who can help us build business relationships, generate qualified leads, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable product solutions.
- Coordinate and arrange product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Support the conversion of qualified leads into customers.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Work closely with the product and technical teams to understand and communicate product capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and business activities.

Required Skills:

- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, or a related field.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Comfortable communicating with customers through phone, email, and online platforms.
- Good understanding of lead generation and follow-up processes.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience in Fintech, NBFC, Banking, SaaS, or software products.
- Experience with B2B sales or software product sales.
- Knowledge of CRM and lead-management tools.
- Experience with LinkedIn-based business development.
