About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Market Risk & Integrated Treasury Auditor to conduct audit assignments covering treasury operations, market risk management, controls, regulatory compliance, and related financial risk areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct audits of Treasury and Market Risk functions, including front office, middle office, and back-office processes.
- Review market risk management frameworks, limits, controls, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Evaluate treasury transactions involving foreign exchange, money markets, investments, derivatives, and other financial instruments.
- Review ALM, liquidity risk, interest rate risk, currency risk, and market risk processes.
- Assess compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, regulatory requirements, and approved risk limits.
- Review limit monitoring, breaches, escalation mechanisms, and exception reporting.
- Evaluate controls around trade capture, confirmation, settlement, valuation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Review MIS, risk reports, treasury books,



investment portfolios, and related financial data.
- Identify control gaps, process weaknesses, and potential risk exposures and recommend corrective actions.
- Review maker-checker controls, segregation of duties, access controls, and operational risk controls within treasury functions.
- Prepare detailed audit observations, working papers, and audit reports and discuss findings with relevant stakeholders.
- Track and validate implementation of audit recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Treasury Audit, Market Risk Audit, Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, or a closely related function.
- Strong understanding of Treasury operations and financial markets.
- Hands-on knowledge of market risk, liquidity risk, ALM, FX, investments, and derivatives.
- Good understanding of RBI regulations and banking/financial-services regulatory requirements.
- Experience in risk-based internal audit and control testing.
- Solid analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to independently execute audit assignments and interact with senior stakeholders.

Note: This role is for 5 months duration Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
