Role & responsibilities:

- Develop hand-drawn jewellery designs based on market trends, customer requirements, and brand identity.

- Create detailed sketches for rings, earrings, necklaces, bangles, pendants, and customized jewellery.

- Work closely with CAD designers, karigars, and merchandisers to convert concepts into finished products.

- Research jewellery and fashion trends to create creative designs.

- Modify and revise designs based on client or management feedback.

- Ensure designs are practical for production and meet quality standards.

- Maintain proper design records and documentation.

- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for customer-driven design inputs.
