Roles and Responsibility

- Ensuring the receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of goods

- Ensuring safety: Maintaining safety standards, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements

- Managing OE & CL employees: Recruiting, training, supervising, and appraising warehouse team (Team Size: 40 headcounts/3 shifts)

- Managing inventory: Auditing and reporting inventory, and making recommendations for restocking (Non-BOM items, packing materials, etc.)

- Managing logistics: Coordinating shipping and receiving, and ensuring products are available when needed

- Managing budgets: Managing budgets and keeping financial records

- Managing equipment: Operating machinery and ensuring it's in working order, and reporting malfunctions to maintenance

- Managing space:



Setting up the layout of the warehouse and ensuring effective space utilization

- Communicating: Liaising with suppliers, customers, and transport companies

- Planning: Planning future capacity requirements and establishing warehouse practices and protocols

- Analyzing: Analyzing and resolving work problems

- Should have strong leadership skills and be able to communicate clearly, be able to solve problems, and have excellent decision-making skills.

- SAP WM module, WMS & Kardex storage management knowledge must

- Inventory aging parts analysis and reporting

- KPI setup & management, maintain housekeeping/5S

- Expertise in FIFO management
