Role & responsibilities

- Lead electrical control system design and engineering for naval and commercial ships.
- Prepare and review SLDs, control diagrams, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, cable schedules, and technical documents.
- Work with systems such as MSB, ESB, MCC, PMS, IPMS, MCS, HVAC, and machinery control panels.
- Ensure all designs follow classification rules, naval standards, customer requirements, and marine regulations.
- Coordinate with different teams such as Machinery, HVAC, Production, Procurement, and Commissioning.
- Manage engineering activities, project schedules, resources, and technical issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, customers, ship owners, consultants, and classification societies.
- Review vendor drawings, technical offers, specifications, and compliance documents.
- Support installation, testing, commissioning, and vessel delivery.




- Lead and guide Electrical Engineers, Designers, and System Integrators.
- Conduct technical reviews and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Drive improvements in productivity, innovation, and engineering practices.

- Lead and mentor a team of Electrical Engineers, Designers, and System Integrators.
- Establish engineering standards, best practices, and quality control procedures.

Conduct technical reviews and competency development programs Experience : Min 5+ Years
