Role Description The Manager: School Ecosystem is a full-time role responsible for overseeing and growing Mentorous’s engagement with schools and school counselors. This hybrid position is based in New Delhi, with a combination of on-site meetings and events at partner schools and some work-from-home flexibility for planning, coordination, and reporting.

Day to day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with school leadership and counsellors, understanding their needs, and aligning platform features and services to support student guidance and higher education transitions. The manager will coordinate counselor networking initiatives, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities, while ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support for schools using the platform. The role also involves collecting feedback, tracking usage and impact metrics,



and collaborating with internal product and operations teams to improve the school ecosystem experience.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage school and counselor relationships, including stakeholder communication, partnership development, and ecosystem-building within K–12 or higher education settings.
- Experience in program or community management, such as organizing events, workshops, and networking forums for educators or counselors.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the capacity to handle multiple school accounts, timelines, and initiatives simultaneously.
- Capability to gather and interpret feedback and basic data metrics to support continuous improvement of services and the school ecosystem.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Comfort with digital platforms and tools used for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and online community engagement.
- Prior experience working with schools, counselors, education technology, or student guidance services preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, management, or a related field; advanced qualifications in counseling or education management are a plus.
- Self-directed work style, with the ability to operate effectively in a hybrid workplace, travel within New Delhi as needed, and collaborate across diverse teams.
