- Manage compliance under FEMA (Overseas Investment) Rules and Regulations 2022 and applicable RBI Directions.
- Ensure Form FC is filed for each applicable overseas entity within the prescribed 30-day timeline.
- Maintain evidence of overseas investment and ensure submission within the prescribed six-month timeline.
- Coordinate and monitor Annual Performance Report filing by 31 December for each of the 10 overseas entities.
- Ensure FLA returns are completed and filed by 15 July and maintain supporting records.
- Handle reporting relating to restructuring, disinvestment and other overseas investment changes.
- Maintain a centralized compliance tracker for multiple overseas entities and monitor entity-wise deadlines and exceptions.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, tax,
company secretarial and overseas teams to obtain accurate information and supporting documents.
