- Provide FP&A; finance support to the accounting teams to ensure timely month-end closure of financial books.
- Identify, analyse, and research variances to forecasts, budgets, and prior-year expenses proactively.
- Create and deliver presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions for senior management.
- Collaborate with business unit heads to assist in building their annual budgets and forecasts.
- Analyse financial and operational results to enhance understanding of company performance and drive business improvements.
- Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance and operational efficiency.
- Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center performance, identifying trends and recommending actions.
- Review operations and recommend cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
- Prepare business cases to support new investments and strategic business decisions.
Preferred candidate profile 5 to 8 years of experience in a financial management role, with a focus on FP&A; in a large organization.
Qualification: Qualified accountancy qualification (Qualified CMA, Qualified CA) is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
