Role Purpose

Drive business growth and market expansion for the Marble division in Bangalore by developing strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, and premium retail clients, while delivering revenue and project sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development & Sales

- Generate new business through architects, interior designers, builders & contractors

- Drive project sales (B2B & B2C) for premium marble products

- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets

- Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers (A&D; community)

- Handle client meetings, site visits, and product presentations

- Market Expansion

- Identify new projects, dealers, and channel partners

- Track competitor activity and market trends

- Specification Selling

- Get products specified in high-value residential & commercial projects

- Work closely with architects for product selection

- Coordination & Execution





- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, operations, design)

- Ensure smooth order execution and collections follow-up

Key Requirements

- Experience: 5–10 years in marble / tiles / stone / building materials / sanitary ware

- Strong exposure to Bangalore market (A&D; network)

- Proven track record in project sales / premium product selling

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Profile

- Experience in companies like: marble, tiles, luxury interiors, building materials

- Existing network of architects & designers

- Robust on-ground sales + project closure capability

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
