Role & responsibilities

- Manage and lead multi-disciplined real estate projects with direct accountability for delivery.
- Oversee all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Interpret and apply complex documents such as agreements, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
- Interface with clients to define project requirements, prepare scope of work, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and risk plans.
- Conduct RFP processes, bid analysis, and resource recommendations; lead evaluation interviews.
- Oversee project delivery teams, providing guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
- Implement communication plans, facilitate meetings, and ensure accurate documentation governance.
- Monitor progress against goals, budgets, and timelines; report variances and create corrective action plans.
- Implement change management routines; assess change requests and determine impacts on scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
- Identify complex project risks,



lead constructability reviews, and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Perform business development activities by meeting potential clients, responding to RFPs, and seeking new business opportunities.
- Manage client relationships through audits and periodic feedback.
- Proven experience in corporate interior fit-outs and workplace transformation projects.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects across locations simultaneously.
- Strong expertise in project execution, vendor management, stakeholder coordination, cost control, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
- Experience working with corporate clients and/or Project Management Consultants (PMCs).
- Ability to independently drive projects from planning and design coordination through execution, handover, and closure.
- Strong reporting, governance, and project control capabilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in quick-paced and high-volume project environments.
