- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, bank reconciliation, and closing of accounts.

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, e-invoicing, e-way bills, and other statutory compliances.

- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, cash-flow statements, ageing reports, and management reports.

- Monitor receivables, payables, working capital, cash flow, budgeting, and cost control.

- Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

- Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliations, documentation, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

- Work closely with Sales, Purchase, HR, Operations, Warehouse, and Management for proper accounting and expense allocation.





- Manage accounting processes through SAP / SAP Business One / Tally ERP and ensure accuracy of financial data.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization.

- Provide financial analysis and support management in financial and business decision-making.

- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, TDS, MIS, Audit, and Financial Reporting.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software is required.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

- Experience in chemical, manufacturing, trading, or distribution industries will be preferred.
