Job Summary

We are looking for a Management Trainee – Supply Chain to support our infrastructure projects and supply chain operations. The candidate will work closely with procurement, project, logistics, warehouse, and site teams to ensure timely availability and movement of materials required for project execution.

The role provides an prospect to gain hands-on experience in project procurement, material planning, vendor management, inventory control, logistics, and infrastructure project operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end supply chain activities for infrastructure projects.
- Assist in procurement and sourcing of project materials, equipment, and services.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and documentation.
- Monitor material requirements and ensure timely availability at project sites.
- Coordinate with project/site teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Track purchase orders, material dispatches, deliveries, and pending supplies.
- Assist in inventory and stock monitoring at project sites and warehouses.
- Prepare MIS reports related to procurement, inventory, logistics, and material movement.
- Support vendor performance tracking and follow-up for timely deliveries.




- Coordinate with logistics and transport partners for material movement.
- Identify supply delays, shortages, and operational issues and escalate them appropriately.
- Assist in maintaining procurement and supply chain documentation.
- Support cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with Project, Procurement, Finance, Stores, and Operations teams.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Inventory Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel/visit project sites as required.
- Strong learning attitude and ability to work in a project-driven environment.

Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain Management / Operations / Logistics preferred.
- Graduate candidates with relevant knowledge or internship experience may also be considered.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP will be an added advantage.

- MBA/PGDM fresher or candidate with 0–2 years of experience.
