Role Description The Management Information System (MIS) Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining information systems, preparing regular MIS reports, and ensuring data accuracy for decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and consolidating data from various functions, analyzing performance metrics, generating dashboards, and presenting insights to management.

The role involves monitoring system performance,



supporting process improvements, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve data or reporting issues in a timely manner. This is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division, requiring close collaboration with operational and management teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting reports.
- Candidates should preferably have experience with MS Excel, spreadsheets, and dashboard/reporting tools.
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, ability to work with large data sets, and strong organizational skills.
- Candidates with prior experience in a similar MIS or reporting role in a corporate environment will be preferred.
