Role Overview -

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Management Trainees who are interested in building a career in Freight Forwarding and Logistics. As a Management Trainee, you will get hands-on exposure to multiple functions including Sales, Freight Operations, Customer Support, and Pricing. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the freight forwarding business and prepare candidates for a potential full-time role with Traqo.io.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist the Sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.
- Support customer interactions and understand their freight requirements.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for shipment-related requirements.
- Support day-to-day freight forwarding and shipment operations.
- Track shipments and maintain timely status updates.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, transporters, and logistics partners.




- Assist in Import & Export documentation and operational activities.
- Support the Pricing team in collecting and comparing freight rates.
- Assist in preparing competitive freight quotations and rate sheets.
- Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and CRM updates while supporting cross-functional activities.

Eligibility

● MBA/PGDM/BBA/ or any graduate/postgraduate degree.

● Freshers and candidates with an interest in Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, Sales, or Operations are encouraged to apply.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup workplace.

● Comfortable working from the office in Noida, Sector 62.
