Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance professional with 8–15 years of hands-on experience in plant setup, mechanical installation, commissioning and maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for supporting maintenance activities at the Kosi Plant as well as travelling across India for plant setup, installation, commissioning and maintenance-related requirements.

Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E./M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle mechanical maintenance and plant setup activities from installation to commissioning.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Supervise and execute installation, alignment and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
- Handle equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, valves, pipelines, bearings, shafts, couplings and other plant machinery.
- Identify mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
- Conduct machinery inspection and prepare maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors,



vendors and plant teams for installation and maintenance activities.
- Support new plant/project setup, machinery installation and commissioning.
- Travel across Pan India locations as required for plant setup, maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance and installation activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, reports and equipment history.
- Identify recurring breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures and maintenance standards.
- Support improvement initiatives aimed at reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–15 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance / Plant Maintenance.
- Strong hands-on experience in plant setup, mechanical installation and commissioning.
- Experience in manufacturing, process plants, industrial plants or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Positive understanding of mechanical equipment and rotating machinery.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot mechanical problems.
- Experience in handling contractors and maintenance teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India.
