We are looking for a skilled and motivated SMT Maintenance / Equipment Engineer with hands-on experience in ASM Wire Bonding and Die Bonding machines. The candidate should have a robust electrical background, along with basic mechanical knowledge, capable of handling machine breakdowns across shifts in a high-volume SIM manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of:
- ASM Wire Bonding machines
- ASM Die Bonding machines
- Handle daily shift breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
- Work with:
- PLC systems
- Servo drives
- Sensors
- Electrical circuits and drawings
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot:
- Pneumatic systems
- Hydraulic systems
- Support production to achieve maximum machine uptime and productivity.
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, logs, and reports.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for process improvements.
- Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- Candidates with relevant SMT industry experience will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in Machine Maintenance
