- Prepare pre-shipment documents such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Manage post-shipment activities including insurance claims processing and freight negotiations.
- Monitor shipment status regularly to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage export shipments and track OTS ratio
