Handle safe loading, unloading & movement of incoming/outgoing materials
- Manage RM, FG, MRO & Packing Material storage as per GMP, FIFO & 5S standards
- Prepare GRN and coordinate timely submission of bills to Finance
- Maintain proper material identification, labeling & traceability
- Issue RM to Production and MRO materials to Maintenance as per requirements/work orders
- Conduct cycle counting, physical inventory & stock reconciliation
- Maintain System vs Physical inventory accuracy
- Follow HSE, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 & EMS 14001 requirements
Preferred candidate profile
Warehouse & Stores Operations
- Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy
- SAP / SAP MM
- MS Excel & MIS Reporting
- MRO / Indirect Procurement
- Valuable communication & coordination skills
Additional Experience Preferred:
Experience in MNCs, MRO purchasing, project purchasing, raw material purchasing, material control, customer service, warehouse or waste management will be an added advantage.
