Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate and manage day-to-day logistics operations, communicate with customers, drivers, transporters, and internal teams, and ensure shipments are delivered smoothly and on time.

The role involves regular calling, coordination, follow-ups, tracking shipments, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, customers, and vendors regarding shipments and deliveries.
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls for shipment updates, delivery coordination, and follow-ups.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates regarding delivery status.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with drivers and transportation partners to ensure timely movement of shipments.
- Handle delays, delivery issues, cancellations, and other operational queries.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, calls, delivery status, and follow-ups.
- Communicate any delays or operational issues to the concerned team.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve logistics-related issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of logistics information.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and business partners.
- Meet daily productivity, calling, follow-ups.





Required Skills

- Good verbal communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with experience in BPO, customer support, logistics, transportation, telecalling, or operations will be an advantage.

Working Workplace

This is primarily a desk-based/calling and coordination role. The candidate will regularly communicate with customers, drivers, transporters, and internal teams through phone calls, email, and other communication channels.
