Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage library operations, including circulation, cataloguing, and shelving books.
- Maintain accurate records of book inventory and patron checkouts.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for promoting literacy programs within the community.
- Provide research assistance to patrons on various topics related to education, healthcare, and wellness.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures regarding record keeping and confidentiality.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience as a librarian or in a similar role (library management).
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialisation (B.Lib) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Robust understanding of digital libraries, digitisation processes, and library professional activities.
- Excellent administration management skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
