About the Role

Express Avenue Infrastructure Private Ltd is looking for a dynamic, high-energy Leasing Executive to drive revenue across our mall’s common areas, RMUs (Retail Merchandising Units), cart spaces, and seasonal pop-ups.

This role bridges the gap between active B2B sales and operational management. You will be responsible for scouting the best local and national artisanal, retail, and F&B; brands, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating with operations to bring these spaces to life. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain end-to-end exposure to retail real estate asset management.

Key Responsibilities

· Prospecting & Deal Generation: Identify and pitch to local, regional, and national brands for inline kiosks, cart spaces, and promotional exhibits. Build a strong pipeline of specialty retail and F&B; operators.

· Site Showarounds: Conduct mall site walks to pitch high-footfall common-area zones to prospective kiosk partners.

· Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate short-to-medium-term license fees, percentage rent (revenue share), utility charges,



and security deposits. Issue Letters of Intent (LOIs).

· Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with Mall Operations, Safety, and Design teams for kiosk design approvals, branding compliance, and move-in/move-out scheduling.

· Tenant & Financial Compliance: Ensure timely collection of advance rent, security deposits, and insurance/indemnity papers prior to handover. Track monthly billing and CAM recoveries with the finance team.

· Reporting: Maintain updated leasing master sheets, stacking/kiosk layout plans, and compile daily/weekly MIS tracking reports.

What We Are Looking For

· Education: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

· Experience: 0–2 years of experience in retail leasing, specialty leasing (RMU/kiosks), or mall business development. Fresh graduates with strong sales acumen and high energy are welcome to apply.

· Skills: Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills. A strong understanding of mall foot traffic flow and visual sightlines.

· Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic CRM/property management tools.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
