Key Responsibilities:
As a Learning Design & Development practitioner, you will play a key role in helping clients navigate their transformation challenges by designing and building the learning solutions that carry those transformations, owning the work from curriculum architecture through to release-ready assets. You will provide tailored learning solutions to enhance workforce capabilities, optimize HR functions, and support long-term organizational success. By offering insights into company culture and designing impactful learning programs, you will help clients build a skilled, adaptable workforce that drives performance and growth
As such, the key responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):
Engagement Delivery
Delivering learning solutions for technology driven or culture-based client transformation journey, by including (but not limiting to) the below skill sets:
- Learning Strategies:
- Instructional Design (ID) or Learning Experience Design (LXD) with a robust command of adult learning principles and instructional strategies, and working fluency in recognized frameworks - ADDIE and/or SAM, Blooms taxonomy for objective setting, and Kirkpatrick for evaluation.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of business operations and ERP and HCM solutions like Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc.
- Learning Activities:
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver Training Needs Analysis, Curriculum design, role-based learning plans and blended training solutions.
- Ability to use a variety of collaboration tools available to the client to run workshops and presentations.
- Ability to develop engaging scenarios, activities, and assessments for blended learning solutions.
- Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard authoring and multimedia tools - Articulate Storyline and Rise 360,
Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, or equivalent - to build visually engaging learning assets.
- Publish and troubleshoot content on an LMS or LXP, including SCORM/xAPI packaging and versioning, and build to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 / Section 508).
- Work directly with clients to support engagement delivery – spanning across phases of analysis, design, development, and implementation of training.
- Learning Effectiveness:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs against Kirkpatrick Levels 1–3 using a range of methods - reaction surveys, knowledge checks, and on-the-job performance measures.
- Continuously improve learning programs based on feedback, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
- General Requirements:
- Excellent storyboarding skills, and able to produce release-ready facilitator guides, participant materials and ILT/vILT decks to a publishable standard.
- Communicate complex information effectively through engaging written and verbal formats tailored to the client's needs and audiences.
- Ensure regular communication and alignment on project updates with the engagement team
- Ability to work through ambiguity, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Ability to work flexibly across time zones as per project requirements, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient project execution.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in learning and development.
- Contribute learning scope, effort estimates and instructional methodology input to pursuits and proposals as a subject-matter expert.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to reinforce learning from engagements.
