Position Title: Leadership Assessment Specialist
Location: Bangalore, India
Scope The Leadership Assessment Specialist serves as a vital member of the Chief Leadership Office, dedicated to identifying and evaluating both current and emerging leaders within the organization. This role ensures that leadership capabilities are aligned with Quest Global’s strategic objectives.
As a key contributor, the specialist shapes the way Quest Global defines, assesses, and develops leadership qualities that are critical to organizational success. The position provides thought partnership and practical support in all aspects of Leadership Assessment and Development.
A central focus of the role is the application of the Performance, Values, and Potential (PVP) model across succession planning, high-potential talent identification, and broader leadership assessment. The specialist translates assessment insights into development priorities and may serve as a Development Advisor throughout the Individual Development Plan (IDP) process.
Candidate Profile The Leadership Assessment Specialist assesses leadership capabilities through the Performance, Values, and Potential (PVP) model, supporting succession planning and high-potential talent identification. The specialist partners with Gurukul to translate assessment insights into tailored Individual Development Plans (IDPs). The role requires expertise in leadership competency frameworks and assessment methodologies, including behavioral interviews, 360-degree feedback, psychometric assessments, and leadership simulations.
The ideal candidate
- Has significant experience in leadership assessment, talent management, succession planning, or a related field.
- Brings a strong background in leadership competency frameworks and the assessment of performance, values, and potential.
- Has experience evaluating succession candidates and high-potential talent in complex, global organizations.
- Is proficient in assessment methodologies such as behavioral interviews, 360-degree feedback, psychometric assessments, and leadership simulations.
- Has experience translating assessment findings into development priorities and tailored Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Demonstrates strong analytical judgment, objectivity, and attention to detail.
- Understands how leadership assessment and development practices align with business strategy and organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Capability Framework Design
- Support the design and development of capability frameworks, continuously evolving Quest Global success profiles, capability models and core leadership standards.
- Maintain and update level-based leadership capability models, aligning updates with evolving business and talent needs.
- Support documentation, version control, and knowledge assets related to success profiles and behavioral indicators.
- Conduct external and internal benchmarking to feed updates into leadership capability frameworks.
Leadership Assessment and Development Execution
- Collaborate with PMO to execute the implementation of leadership assessments (e.g., 360s, structured interviews), ensuring delivery excellence and data integrity.
- Lead and support enterprise-wide leadership assessments (e.g., 360s, structured interviews) to evaluate readiness and inform development plans.
- Support the development of program templates and collaborate with the Leadership Development Team to track progress and ensure high quality experience and insights across cohorts.
- Prepare insights and provide thought leadership to support talent review and development planning discussions.
Stakeholder Management
- Support managers, development advisors and participating leaders to co-create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) based on assessment insights and leadership requirements.
- Assist in building and updating dashboards that track leadership bench, HiPo movement, and capability gaps.
- Analyze talent data using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to produce transparent summaries and visuals for stakeholders.
Governance and Quest Global Systems
- Maintain standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with leadership assessment and development protocols.
- Coordinate across systems (e.g., HRIS) to ensure leadership data is synced and accurate.
- Support audit readiness and reporting requirements for leadership development activities

- 10+ years of professional experience, ideally in talent management, OD, or HR analytics, preferably in a matrixed global environment.
