Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Specialist GES H2R - Global Mobility to manage and support end-to-end international mobility operations for employees and expatriates globally. This role partners with HR teams, employees, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure seamless relocation, immigration compliance, payroll coordination, and mobility administration while delivering exceptional employee experience and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end global mobility processes, including international assignments, permanent transfers, and employee relocations.
- Support immigration activities by coordinating visas, work permits, compliance requirements, and permit tracking across regions.
- Partner with external vendors such as relocation agencies, tax providers, moving companies, and embassies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate payroll, compensation, assignment-related payments, tax equalization, and mobility-related financial transactions.
- Maintain employee mobility records,



generate documentation, manage HR administration activities, and address employee queries.
- Drive continuous process improvement, monitor assignment costs, support repatriation activities, and ensure compliance with global mobility policies and service standards.

You bring

- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Global Mobility, International Assignments, or HR Operations.
- Robust understanding of immigration, relocation, expatriate management, payroll, and mobility compliance processes.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and virtual teams across multiple geographies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems, with the ability to analyze and manage mobility data effectively.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, customer service, and vendor management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
