Role & responsibilities

1. Lead project planning, scheduling and monitoring for high-rise residential developments.
2. Develop and maintain integrated baseline schedules and recovery plans.
3. Track critical path, milestones, KPIs and schedule variances.
4. Performed delay analysis, schedule recovery planning and milestone tracking.
5. Monitored project cash flow and S-curve performance.
6. Reviewed contractor schedules and coordinated multidisciplinary reviews.
7. Prepared executive MIS, dashboards and project progress presentations.
8. Prepared baseline schedules and monitored project execution using Microsoft Project/Prima vera.
9. Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement & Contracts, MEP and Construction teams.

Preferred candidate profile Must have experience of high rise residential project experience.
