We are looking for a Lead Generation & Telecalling Executive to handle IndiaMART enquiries and customer follow-ups.

Responsibilities:

- IndiaMART se aane wali customer enquiries/leads ko check karna.
- Customer details ko Excel sheet me update aur maintain karna.
- Customers ko call karke requirement samajhna.
- New leads par timely follow-up karna.
- Interested customers ki details sales team/management ke saath share karna.
- Previous leads ka regular follow-up karna aur status update karna.
- Daily calling aur lead status ki basic reporting maintain karna.
- Customer ke questions ka basic level par response dena.

Requirements:





- Valuable communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Excel ka basic knowledge.
- Hindi communication zaroori hai; basic English preferred.
- Calling aur customer handling me interest.
- Fresher candidates can apply.

Salary: ₹[15,000-22,000] per month + Incentives Job Location: Bawana sector 2 industrial area Delhi

Candidate Profile: A responsible and hardworking candidate who can regularly handle customer calls, maintain Excel records and follow up with IndiaMART leads.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
