Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the conversion specialist team to achieve sales targets through effective lead generation, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.

- Develop and implement strategies for converting leads into paying customers in Australia market.

- Handle objections from potential clients during sales calls and negotiate deals that meet their needs while maximizing revenue for the company.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement in the sales process.

Job Requirements :

- 1-10 years of experience in BPO or call center industry with a focus on Sales or Conversion Specialist role.

- Must have experience working with Australian clients/customers

- Robust communication skills with ability to handle complex conversations with international clients (Australian process).

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.

- Experience in handling follow-ups effectively to convert leads into paying customers.
