We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS) to join our product team. The role involves engaging with clients, gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, and ensuring successful implementation of our lending solutions across India and Asian markets.

Responsibilities: Requirement analysis, preparing BRDs/FRDs, supporting solution design, coordinating UAT, and working closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality implementations.

Requirements:

- 5-10 years of experience in BFSI/fintech with proven implementation of LOS/LMS projects in financial institutions (Bank's, NBFC's, or FinTech's)
- Strong understanding of the lending lifecycle (origination, underwriting, disbursement, collections)
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in India and Asian countries
- Basic technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows to effectively collaborate with technology teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have: Exposure to digital lending solutions, cloud-based platforms,



and multi-country implementations Experience & Qualifications:

Experience : 5 to 10 years

Education : MBA graduate from a reputed institute or CA
