Position: KYC Operations - OFF Role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform KYC document verification and validation.
- Handle backend KYC operations and data processing.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information and documents.
- Conduct basic checks as per KYC and compliance guidelines.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate for document clarification.
- Maintain records and update KYC-related data in internal systems.
- Meet defined quality and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 02 years of experience in KYC, banking operations, or back-office operations preferred.
- Valuable attention to detail and basic MS Excel skills.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
