As a Senior Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise integration solutions that connect cloud, SaaS, and on-premises applications. This position combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic influence, driving integration excellence through modern architecture, automation, and AI-enabled engineering practices while partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders.

What You Will Do :

- Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and support of enterprise integration solutions across cloud, SaaS, and on-premises environments.
- Drive the adoption of scalable integration patterns using APIs, event-driven architectures, messaging services, and file-based solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for Boomi, MuleSoft, and AWS-based integration platforms while promoting engineering best practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand requirements, evaluate solutions, and guide technical decision-making.
- Establish and enhance integration standards, reusable frameworks, governance processes, and operational excellence practices.
- Champion automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve engineering productivity, solution quality, reliability, and supportability.
- Mentor and develop engineers by fostering technical growth, collaboration,



and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Lead modernization initiatives that improve system performance, reduce technical debt, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Basic Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions.
- Experience working with integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, and AWS integration services.
- Experience designing and supporting REST APIs, data transformation, messaging, and event-driven integration architectures.
- Experience with SQL, JSON, XML, and file-based integration technologies including SFTP and batch processing.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.
- Experience implementing automation, testing, deployment, and operational support practices within integration environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools and practices to improve engineering outcomes.

What Will Put You Ahead :

- Experience supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management integrations and related HR, payroll, or workforce applications.
- Professional certifications in Boomi, MuleSoft, or AWS technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, observability, and secure software delivery practices.
- Experience supporting business-critical employee, payroll, identity, or workforce management integrations.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar solutions.
- Experience driving integration modernization, platform standardization, and enterprise-wide automation initiatives.
