Preferred Qualification: MSW/Master’s in Psychology with a relevant teaching qualification such as NTT, Montessori, D.El.Ed., B.Ed., or equivalent.

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities for Kindergarten students.

- Create a safe, positive, caring, and engaging classroom environment.

- Support children’s emotional, social, cognitive, language, and physical development.

- Apply basic principles of child psychology to understand individual learning styles, behaviour, and developmental needs.

- Observe and document students’ behaviour, learning progress, and developmental milestones.

- Identify children who may require additional academic, behavioural, or emotional support and coordinate with the Academic Team/Special Educator when required.

- Use play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning methods appropriate for young children.

- Encourage communication, creativity, independence,



confidence, and positive social interaction among students.

- Handle minor behavioural concerns using positive and age-appropriate classroom management strategies.

- Maintain student records, assessments, activity records, and other required classroom documentation.

- Participate in school events, celebrations, extracurricular activities, and other assigned duties.

- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, coordinators, counsellors, and school management.

- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of students throughout the school day.

- Follow school policies, procedures, curriculum guidelines, and skilled standards.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
