Role & responsibilities

- Manage key B2B accounts and achieve sales/revenue targets.

- Drive business growth through upselling, cross-selling and new client acquisition.

- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.

- Handle complete PO-to-collection cycle, ensuring timely order execution and payments.

- Coordinate with CRM, Production, Supply Chain, Quality and Dispatch for seamless order fulfillment.

- Obtain client forecasts and coordinate RM planning, production and inventory requirements.

- Manage pricing, new SKU costing and commercial negotiations.

- Monitor client orders, supplies, receivables and overall account performance.

- Resolve customer complaints through root-cause analysis and cross-functional coordination.

- Conduct regular client meetings and travel Pan-India for business development and account management.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Key Account Management.

- Experience in manufacturing,



preferably paper packaging / printing / corrugated / carton industry.

- Experience managing large institutional / corporate accounts and multi-plant manufacturing operations.

- Solid understanding of PO management, order execution, supply chain and production coordination.

- Proven experience in business development, upselling, cross-selling and revenue growth.

- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, costing and negotiations.

- Hands-on knowledge of ERP, MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and data-analysis skills.

- MBA/PGDM with B.Com / Engineering background preferred.

- Personal car is mandatory and willingness to travel Pan-India.

- Candidates based in Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, East/South Delhi preferred; relocation to Noida is required.
