QUALIFICATIONS - Fresher or 1 year experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, Media, Design or a related field.
- Strong interest in fashion, branding and digital marketing.
- Positive understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, Substack and other digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES -

- Create and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, Substack, etc.
- Develop creative ideas for posts, Reels, Stories and campaign launches.
- Write captions, social copy and newsletters.
- Research fashion, cultural and social media trends.




- Stay updated with Instagram’s latest features, formats, trends and algorithm updates, and adapt the content strategy accordingly.
- Assist with content shoots and creative direction.
- Maintain the content calendar and posting schedule.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity and storytelling.
- Use tools such as Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.
