Job Summary

Dixilence is hiring a Junior Sales Executive to support the sales and business development team in promoting ERP software, custom software, websites, mobile applications, dashboards, and business automation solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, communicating with prospects, understanding business requirements, explaining available solutions, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to follow-up.

Freshers who have good communication skills and an interest in technology sales are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on potential leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
- Understand customer business requirements and identify suitable software solutions.
- Introduce and explain Dixilence ERP, CRM, websites, apps, dashboards, and automation services.
- Schedule client meetings, product demonstrations, and requirement discussions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Prepare and share basic quotations and service details with support from the team.




- Coordinate with technical and project teams to understand customer requirements.
- Maintain lead records and update sales progress in the CRM or tracking system.
- Build professional relationships with customers.
- Work toward assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of websites, mobile applications, ERP, or software services.
- Interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to communicate with business owners and decision-makers.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and consistent follow-up habits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is an advantage.

Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome). Education: Any graduate or equivalent qualification.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
