About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support our architecture and design team in developing residential and commercial projects. The candidate will assist with design development, drawings, documentation, coordination, and site execution while ensuring that project requirements and company standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Senior/Principal Architects in preparing architectural designs and project drawings.

- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

- Develop and modify drawings based on client requirements and project changes.

- Prepare architectural layouts and presentation drawings.

- Coordinate with the interior, structural, MEP, and site execution teams.

- Participate in site visits and verify drawings against actual site conditions.

- Support the preparation of BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation when required.

- Ensure drawings are accurate, updated, and issued to the concerned teams on time.

- Assist in preparing client presentations and design proposals.

- Coordinate with vendors and consultants regarding design and technical requirements.

- Maintain proper documentation and records of drawings and revisions.

- Identify design or execution-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

- Ensure that architectural work complies with project requirements, applicable standards, and company guidelines.

- Support multiple projects and meet assigned timelines.

Required Skills





- Positive knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.

- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software will be an advantage.

- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.

- Basic knowledge of building materials and construction methods.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to understand drawings and translate design concepts into working drawings.

- Ability to work effectively with architects, engineers, designers, and site teams.

- Good time-management and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

- Candidates with relevant internship/project experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in architecture, residential construction, interior projects, or related fields.

- Experience in villa/residential construction projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,055.51 - ₹25,725.15 per month
