Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and confident Junior Sales & Marketing Executive to represent our educational programs and solutions in schools across India.

The role involves visiting schools, meeting Principals, Directors, Academic Heads and Management, presenting our programs, following up with decision-makers, and converting prospective schools into long-term partner schools.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel extensively across India to visit prospective schools.
- Meet Principals, Directors, Correspondents and Academic Heads.
- Present and demonstrate our skill-development and EdTech programs professionally.
- Understand each school's requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Generate recent school leads and identify business opportunities in assigned regions.
- Follow up consistently with prospective schools until closure.
- Negotiate proposals and close school partnerships.
- Maintain strong relationships with school management after onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal training and operations teams for smooth implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of school visits, leads,



follow-ups and closures.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally at school meetings, educational events and exhibitions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development. Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Confident in meeting and presenting to senior school management.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Energetic, proactive and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India is mandatory.
- Interest in education and EdTech will be an advantage.
