Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, agents, and internal teams
- Handle shipment-related documentation and follow-ups
- Provide regular shipment updates to customers
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Positive communication and computer skills
- Willingness to learn and build a career in the logistics industry
- Candidates residing in or near Navi Mumbai will be preferred
