Role Description

We’re looking for a self-motivated, growth-minded Junior Community Manager Intern to help us grow and engage the Tamil community on Arré Voice, with a major focus on club management and creator communities.

You’ll work closely with Tamil creators, onboard new users, drive engagement, manage category-based clubs, and come up with ideas to grow the community.

What you’ll do

- • Help onboard and engage Tamil creators and users.
- Reach out to creators and build strong community relationships.
- Manage and grow category-based clubs and communities.




- Run small campaigns, challenges and community activities.
- Track basic growth numbers and work towards targets.
- Come up with current ideas to improve creator activity and community growth.
- Identify relevant creators and community members for different categories and build active communities around them.

What we are looking for

- Growth-minded and self-motivated — you take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do.
- Strong Tamil communication skills.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Comfortable with outreach, targets and talking to creators.
- Active on social media and aware of Tamil trends, creators and internet culture.
- Willing to experiment, learn and take ownership.

Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year experience welcome.
