- Prepare architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Assist in preparing residential and commercial building designs.
- Prepare 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist with 3D modelling and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, clients, and site teams regarding design and drawing requirements.
- Make modifications and revisions to drawings based on client and project requirements.
- Assist with building permit and submission drawings.
- Visit project sites when required and coordinate with the site team.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with applicable building requirements.
- Assist the senior architect/engineer in day-to-day design and project-related activities.
Requirements
- B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or related qualification.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or other 3D software will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of building planning, construction, and materials.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
