Job Summary:Responsible for end-to-end management of an assigned assembly or production line, driving output efficiency, line balancing, and daily goal achievement.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee shift production planning, line balancing, and shift output targets.

Monitor key performance metrics (OEE, line productivity, downtime reduction).

Coordinate manpower allocation across workstations for optimal flow.

Address immediate line breakdowns, quality deviations, and material shortages.

Key Qualifications:Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical,



Automobile, or Production Engineering.

1–2 years of hands-on experience managing production lines in sheet metal or automotive assembly.

Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and leadership abilities.
