About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Jr Executive to support our business development activities focused on the US and Canada market. The role primarily involves professional calling, communication with potential clients, and supporting lead-generation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make professional outbound calls to clients/prospects in the US market.
- Communicate with prospects and understand their requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads through calling and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the BD team for lead conversion and further communication.
- Develop a professional understanding of B2B business development and international markets.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Positive English pronunciation, fluency, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with international clients, particularly US-based prospects.
- Prior BPO, telecalling, customer support, or international calling experience will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
