- Assist in the development and improvement of products, formulations, or processes.
- Conduct laboratory experiments, trials, and testing as per approved protocols.
- Record, analyze, and interpret test results.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation.
- Support scale-up and validation activities during product development.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and other departments for development projects.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper housekeeping.
- Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, technologies, and competitor products.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of laboratory practices and testing techniques.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Robust documentation and report-writing skills.
