Compliance activity related to Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) and Documentation

1. Submission of Export documents on time to Bank based on the Collection to transparent the open items available
2. Generation of BRC Bank realization certificate in DGFT web site based on the Collection
3. To clear the open import invoice details available in the IDPMS based on the payment made & closing of open GR waiver.

- Compliance activity related to Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) rules (Exports & Imports):
- For Exports transactions (EDPMS Export Data Processing Monitoring System):
- Need to extract the data from the export sales register and update the details in a separate file for BRC tracking.
- Once export invoice value is realized, arrange to arrange to generate the FIRC number (Foreign currency inward realization certificate). This FIRC number to be updated in the tracking file.

- In the Bank portal need to map the IRM number against the FIRC number and this to be updated in the tracking file (Inward remittance number)
- After update of FIRC & IRM number,



these details to be updated in the bank portal by using the bank template.
- DGFT (for generation of BRC Bank realization certificate)

- Once document approved by the FEMA team, the same process has to be repeated in DGFT site
- Need to update the data by shipping document wise and there is no template for bulk upload. Individual transaction to be updated with all the details and BRC numbers will be generated.

- For Import transactions (IDPMS - Import Data Processing Monitoring System ) :
- Need to provide the excel work sheet to Banker with below reference for all import transactions to settle the open items available in Import Data Processing Managing system (DPMS). It is also mandatory requirement:

- Import invoice reference
- Bill of entry reference and
- Bank payment reference
