Pure Allure is looking for an experienced Jewellery Designer to join our team in Kochi.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of jewellery design, materials and production, who can work closely with the founder across collection development, customisation and product launches.

This role is not limited to sketching designs. It involves taking ownership of the complete development process, from the initial concept to the final product.

Key responsibilities :

1. Work closely with the founder to conceptualise and develop current jewellery collections.
2. Create original designs that align with Pure Allure’s aesthetic and identity.
3. Prepare detailed sketches, digital designs, specifications and material references.
4. Oversee sampling, corrections and the overall development of each design.
5. Meet customisation clients, understand their requirements and translate them into thoughtfully designed pieces.
6. Follow custom orders from the initial discussion through design approval and completion.
7. Maintain organised records of designs, samples, costing and collection timelines.
8. Assist with product styling, visual merchandising, shoots and collection launches.

Study customer preferences and identify opportunities for new products and design improvements.
10. Work closely with the store team to strengthen product knowledge and improve the overall customer experience.

Experience and requirements:

1. A minimum of one year of professional experience in jewellery design or jewellery product development is required.
2. A qualification in jewellery design, accessory design is mandatory.
3. Proficiency in relevant jewellery design software is mandatory.
4. Strong design sensibility with an understanding of Indian jewellery and contemporary styling.
5. Good knowledge of jewellery materials, construction and production processes.
6. Ability to sketch and communicate design ideas clearly.
7. Strong communication, client handling and organisational skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and work within agreed timelines.
9. A portfolio demonstrating original jewellery design work is mandatory.
